Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the Build Your Homeschool: Family Roadmap ("Family Roadmap") and other digital products sold by EduPro Enterprises. Because the Family Roadmap is a digital product that grants immediate access to proprietary content, refunds are handled as described below.

Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the full roadmap, the Master Homeschool Builder Prompt, and all included purchaser resources. Given the digital and proprietary nature of these materials, all sales are considered final except where noted.

If you experience a genuine issue accessing your purchased materials, contact us at admin@eduproprep.org within a reasonable time after purchase, and we will work with you to resolve access problems.

The Family Roadmap may recommend third-party tools or platforms. EduPro Enterprises does not issue refunds for third-party subscriptions, fees, or charges. Those are governed by the third party's own refund and billing policies.

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Chargebacks for digital products already accessed may be disputed where access to the proprietary content has already been granted.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
